Feathers & Veld Exhibition
Exhibition 2026
June/July 2026 at Montagu Country Hotel Art Gallery, Bath Street, Montagu
I am delighted to be holding my debut solo exhibition at the beautiful, historic Montagu Country Hotel's Art Gallery. 'Feathers & Veld' showcases my love of birds, and of nature. Capturing the essence of not only local birds found in my own garden and village, but in Southern Africa. My landscapes also capture the essence of open places - the Richtersveld, the Karoo and other vistas that we are blessed to be surrounded by in our beautiful country and continent.
I am absolutely thrilled and grateful to have sold 23 paintings so far. (A new record for the hotel's art gallery since it opened in 2020). These original paintings have found homes not only in our village and other cities across South Africa, but also overseas. I have recently replaced the empty gaps left by the purchased paintings with new paintings, these also specifically created for this exhibition. The exhibition continues until the end of July 2026.
